1. Introduction

Welcome to NOVA (No Fear Operational Vigilance in Army Aviation). By accessing or using the NOVA system, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of the platform for reporting aviation near-miss incidents, operational hazards, and safety concerns.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Reporting: Users must provide truthful and accurate information when submitting reports.
  • Confidentiality: Users must not share or disclose sensitive safety reports outside of authorized channels.
  • Authorized Use: Only military aviation personnel and authorized users may access NOVA.
  • No Misuse: Users must not submit false reports, attempt to manipulate data, or access unauthorized areas of the system.

3. Data Privacy & Security

NOVA maintains strict confidentiality for all submitted reports.

  • Personal and incident data will be used solely for safety analysis and risk mitigation
  • Reports may be shared with authorized military safety personnel but will not be used for punitive actions unless gross negligence is found

4. System Access & Availability

  • Access to NOVA may be restricted during system maintenance or security updates
  • The platform is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service

5. Limitations of Liability

  • The Army Aviation Command is not responsible for technical issues or system errors that may affect reporting
  • Users assume responsibility for any information they submit through NOVA

6. Modifications to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of NOVA after updates signifies agreement with the revised terms.
